----------PAST DUE ACCOUNTS------------

All bill payments are due by the 20th of each month. If payment is not received by the 20th a notice of delinquency will be mailed to the customer. The customer will have 5 days to respond with payment. If the past due amount is not paid within 5 days, a second notice will be sent stating the disconnection date. If payment is not received by the disconnection date the meter will be shut off and locked. A disconnection service fee of $60.00 will be applied to the account. If the customer is a renter, an additional $5.00 notification fee will be added to the account and a notification will be sent to the landlord. To have service turned back on, all amounts owed on the account plus a $25.00 reconnect fee MUST be paid before service will be reconnected. It will be at the discretion of the water company to reconnect service for customers who continually have delinquent accounts. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
